Meet the Team


1. Every Client is assigned a personal Account Handler who deals with all needs and requirements on a daily basis and focuses on keeping the client informed through the entire process. They visit their clients regularly to ensure all aspects of cover are running smoothly and that the activities of the business have not significantly changed (increased or varied) that they may affect the coverage.

2. All Commercial Placements and Negotiations are handled by a team of specialized brokers, who work on specific verticals relating to their specialty class of business. Which allows for a high level of technical support and advice to be delivered to clients on a daily basis and the communicated to the insurance companies as a means of ensuring appropriate cover is in place.

3. Our Re-Insurance and Lloyd’s Liaison department offer further support ensuring that all of our clients insurance needs are Re-Insured via the local providers in to Lloyd’s of London or other internationally recognized Re-Insurance syndicates. Providing an unmatched level of service and security in regards to policy coverage and claims management.

4. The Claims Handling department is an efficient team of technical support staff who will handle each claim on an individual basis, keeping the client posted on all procedures and processes. Once a claim notification has been received, the team will then request the required documentation and correspond personally with the insurer and surveyors until settlement has been agreed and payment made.
